III. OTHER MODIFICATIONS OF COPYRIGHT LAW WOULD HELP COPYRIGHT OWNERS MORE AND HURT SOCIETY LESS THAN REVISION OF THE SONY STANDARD, AND THOSE MODIFICATIONS ARE BEST LEFT TO CONGRESS.
